They have POOR customer service and people skills, and MANAGEMENT is horrible and very unprofessional. And for it to be fast food, it takes forever to get your food. Then you have to pray they give you the right order. And when they give you the wrong order, they are considerate of your time or money you spent. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

The night shift is horrible,I do Doordash and Ubereats,and when I see this tacobell come up instantly decline this location,especially the young lady with the alfro in the window but management aint no better,and calling corporate is a waste of time,tired of doing that,nothing is being done about

All the food was falling apart like they threw it together without care and it was

Recently removed kfc/tb combo business. Redid bldg to be totally tb. Had high hopes. Tacos were soggy could not pick one up as it would fall apart. Had no flavor. All 12 were literally dripping water.

I ordered a nacho Bell grande and it was apparent that they have went and bought cheese from some store because they ran out. It definitely was not Taco Bell nacho cheese that they serve me. In fact, it smelled so bad I threw the whole dish away. Also the girl the drive-through was super nice. She asked me three times if I wanted sauce yet I ended up with no sauce in the end.
