I only give a 4 star instead of a 5 because of the experience I had with the cashier I had. I came in on March 17th around 6:04pm, & as I was ordering mine & my husbands to go order, I couldn’t really hear what the cashier was saying, as she was very soft spoken & it was loud in the restaurant from people & the kitchen, so I had to kindly ask multiple times what she had said since I couldn’t hear her, but she got very irritated with me, which I can understand it’s annoying...read full review

3 times a charm so now I will review...worst zaxbys ever ordered online and got cold food no napkins or utensils or even the sauces that were to be included missing drinks. Similar has happened 2 other times in last month..guess I need to go elsewhere...good bye....edit management went above and beyond to make things right so I will adjust my review to 4 stars because like I said management and corporate support was extremely excellent
