Came to this location twice to get pretzels and the first time they were closed in the middle of the day, and the second time another customer and I stood there for about 5 minutes trying to get someone to come up front to take our orders. Stopped by today at 12:21 on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. Lady was on her phone. Not very friendly. Seemed a tad aggravated that we interrupted her phone time. No pretzels ready but didn’t mind waiting 5 minutes on a fresh, hot one. What I did mind was that after she took my cash she went straight to the dough and started making my pretzel without washing her hands… after handling nasty cash. She was not wearing gloves. ?

Slow working lady, no gloves and too busy watching her phone. Said would take 5 minutes and after 4 other customers, she still said "a few more minutes". Sad that it took so long and food was only ok. Every time I see her, I will not order nothing at all.
