Disappointed with this Burger King's Interpretation of "Have it Your Way"As a long-time fan of Burger King's "Have it your way" slogan, I have always appreciated the notion that customization is at the heart of their service. However, my recent visit to the Burger King location on February 8, 2024, left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated.Upon placing my order at the drive-through—a Double Whopper with cheese, specifically requesting no onions and no pickles—I was confident that my meal would be prepared to my specifications. After all, I had checked the menu board to ensure my order was correctly entered and even reviewed my receipt, both of which indicated my preferences accurately.Imagine my surprise and dismay when I arrived home, eager to enjoy my meal, only to find that what awaited me was a single Whopper, filled with pickles and onions, and lacking the cheese I had paid for. It was a far cry from the customized experience I had expected, and it left me questioning Burger King's commitment to their slogan. While I understand that the fast-food industry is often plagued by staffing issues, it's unacceptable for a customer to receive a completely different order than what was requested and paid for. It's disheartening to see that "Have it your way" now apparently means "take what we feel like putting in the bag."In light of this experience, I urge Burger King—and other fast-food establishments—to prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction, even in the face of staffing challenges. No customer should have to hold up the line or meticulously check their order to ensure they receive what they paid for.Overall, my recent visit to Burger King was marred by disappointment and frustration. Unless significant improvements are made to ensure order accuracy and adherence to customer preferences, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this location to others.

There was a customer who is commonly known now a days as a Karen, I thought the employees handled it
I went to get a sausage and croissant. It was 10:15 am they said they was out of egg, but I could get any breakfast sandwich just not with eggs, but still charging the same price for a regular sandwich. These restaurants need to do better. They prices have went up, but the quality haven't.

Terrible service rude workers. Always messing up my order. I ordered a whopper combo the cook decided I didn't need tomatoes cause they would've had to cut some and he we was tired.

The food was ok, but they got my order wrong. The fries were cold and bland. The dining area was clean. Service was fast. The women's bathroom smelled like something died in there, it was bad enough that I was gagging.

Burger King is my goto for a fast food burger. This location was very clean with a friendly staff.
The whopper juniors were very good. Burger King has one of the best fast food burgers available. Even though they were very short handed (only one woman working the drive-through and the front) she did a great job getting everyone served.

The Tuscaloosa/Northport location, right across from the Asian Bistro appeared nice, but on this day and time the doors were locked, so we had no choice, but to drive thru. After ordering from what sounded like a frustrated and bothered woman, it was confirmed (she was for sure bothered), and then became clear, or safe to assume, that she was the only one working, and her staff (if any) didn't show up (hence the locked doors at lunchtime...and unexcused bad attitude), so she failed to provide friendly customer service. We had to pull around front for her to bring it out. Asking for ranch at that point was even more of an inconvenience (yes, I could've asked at the window, but I was thrown off by her rushy movements and directions) because she rolled her eyes, huff'n puffed, and said "you gon' have to pull back around thru the drive-thru" walks off and locks the doors back behind her.I pulled around easy. She handed me 1 with a blank face. The order wasn't made fresh - fries were sitting and waiting for orders, and not vice versa, so why the pull around and wait? Had me thinking they'd be fresh out the grease hot!Not the most satisfying $28 BK meal experience...but it was "Eh".She needs help!

No stars. The workers were rude she walked off as soon as we came to order then had to wait for a girl to come take our order and she just stared at us until we started ordering. Every table was dirty, and there was trash all over the bathroom.
