Sad to say this place need serious help. It use to be a good place to buy veggie burgers. Not anymore. Totally disappointed. Burger was too hard and crunchy. Fries was over cooked. Cooks just dont care how they send out orders. Its all about a paycheck. No pride in their work. I keep saying no customers, no paychecks. This has happened more than once at BurgerFi.

The food and service were outstanding!!! BUT it looks like owners have abandoned the place. Restroom was out of order, ice cream machines were broken and all the drink machines were broken! Sham on the owners!

I don't know what happened to this place, but the last three times I have been here, they were either closed or not serving food during the stated open hours. Today, google showed they are open until 1 PM, we reached there at 12:10 PM, and the present staff told us they are not serving food. Very disappointed.

I love Burger Fi and have had good experiences in the past at this location and others. Haven't been to this location in months. Sign on door indicates limited hours due to staffing problems. Drink machines weren't working. Sign said the beverage commission wasn't allowing alcohol service. Ketchup was out. Brought all food on one tray. Fries were greasy, limp, and undercooked. Floors were dirty and surfaces were sticky and greasy. Skip this one. Surprised Board of Health hasn't shut them down. I have given two stars because the cashier was very very nice. She was doing everything including helping cook.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a while!! There was about 9 people’s orders waiting ahead of us and most of them waited around 40 min -1 hour and none of there food came out and we all got a refund... the drink machine doesn’t work so you either drink water or buy the expensive bottled drinks.

No clue what has happened to this location. My boys and I used to eat here every Friday night and always had a great experience. Last few times we’ve come in drink machines aren’t working, food takes 30 minutes or more even when they aren’t busy, AC doesn’t seem to be working and they’ve lost their liquor license. Not sure how long this location will be open because it seems as though they’ve stopped making repairs.After 45 minutes of waiting with no food and sweating we just got up and left and lost the $35 we spent on food for 2.

I love their burgers and it is the only place in town with a gluten free bun, but today I waited 45 minutes for a take out order and they got the order wrong. There were five people working and they weren't slammed or anything... not sure how the service was so slow. Very disappointing.

You can’t make this stuff up. Drink machines broken “out of service” cashier can’t work the register when customer gave her cash for his order. Cool came out to assist. Second came out to assist. One guy in the back coming. No one had hair covered.Add in their liquor license was pulled.
