It's a Chick-fil-A in a mall food court, so the atmosphere is...mall-ish. I had to repeat parts of my order several times, so the service could have been a little better. Nuggets and spicy fillet sandwich were right on the mark, as usual.?
I left my card yesterday at this restaurant. Went complete panic mode. Went back and they had my card. I left it in the card reader and someone bought their meal with my card but this Chick Fil A refunded the order. Really made my day! Thank you.

I didn't realize that it was a game day. I stopped at the one closest to where I live and it was backed up, so I thought that I would have better luck at a larger location. Wrong! The Tuscaloosa location was much worse. I went inside to order and the place was a madhouse. There was a line for mobile apps/carry out/curbside? You couldn't tell which line was for the dining room. When I was able to place my order, I received my drinks and then had to wait for thirty-five minutes...read full review
