Location closed when it said open online. Went up to the door and a woman outside in a car yells out they are closed. Looked like she was waiting on someone inside and they just decided to close up early.

This was an amazing visit to a sandwich shop. The shop was clean, the food was excellent, and the people making the sandwiches did a fantastic job. The only downside was the cashier. She was lackluster in the fact that she didn't even ask us what we wanted and didn't want on the sandwiches. She looked like she was either too interested in what her earbuds was playing or she was ready to leave. The sandwiches, despite having to pick off onions, was really nicely made. I was very impressed and I will 100% be going back next time the urge for sandwich hits me!

Firehouse has the best subs in town. Their coupons are always great and customer service is 10/10 every single time I've gone there. The Cajun chicken sub is the only thing I've tried so far. I'm a creature of habit and that sandwich is so good! The employees are friendly and efficient. I've gone to this location at least 5 times and I've had nothing short of a great experience!

What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said? We've experienced most things others have, but today was a first. There were no cars in the drive thru, we placed our order and was told to pull to the window for our total. We sat there for 10 minutes with no one coming to the window, kind of assuming that maybe they were preparing the food, but nope. The girl finally comes towards the window and finds a headset and puts it on and opens the window and says "can you repeat your order for me". Well we already waited 10 minutes and the food wasn't even started, so we said nevermind and went somewhere else. This place has been a train wreck since it opened.

Horrible service horrible additude made my order wrong and I said no mushrooms and when I told them to remake it. They picked the mushrooms off which why would u do that second I'm allergic to mashrooms. Then I kindly explained to him that I am allergic to mushrooms he threw the sandwich that was made and threw it on the counter and then groans like I committed a crime. Food is good but I didn't even want to eat at that point. I couldn't have asked him any nicer

Very slow..kinda rude..Edited on Jan. 17, 2023.. I had to upgrade my stars because I need Anna from guest services to know customer service was TOP TIER today.! They were so quick and POLITE..my sandwich was very well-made..I believe the cashier was new but her coworker came through with the teamwork and it was a very different experience from the first time..

Food is great but employees are mostly college students who are impolite to people who are not college students. Expected to tip for no reason.

I didn't really have any meal in there but I borrowed the WiFi from nearby. But last time I was there is a testimony to nice mealsWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in complex where there is respect for those using wheelchair

I love the food and the employees are always great, there has to be a "BUT" to cause me to take my time to write this. If you haven't noticed, you are in one of the BIGGEST college football towns, so why doesn't your store have TV service to show all the BAMA games??? It's already hard to get to the store on GameDay, Please don't make me miss the game.

Tonight I chose to pick up 2 subs. I waited for 20 minutes to get 2 subs. There were 6 employees working. The service is HORRIBLE!!! There is lack of urgency. The subs are very good and that's why I continue to go back. If management doesn't get a handle on the urgency part this establishment won't be around long. Very disappointed in Customer Service.
