The subs are good, but come already dressed. You can't choose you garnish.

I always have a positive experience here. The staff is always friendly, and the food good. However, parking can be a nightmare.

Food was good. Didn't care for sandwiches smashed in a box or some guy yelling our name.

Have been here twice now.The first visit I got a small brisket sandwich and a side of mac n cheese and a large drink. The sandwich was good, but I had to ask for the mac n cheese as they didn't put it in my bag, and it was basically cold when I got it. The drink machine drips all over your hand when you get ice too, giving you sticky hands. I also had to ask for napkins, none were in my or my coworkers bags. The second visit, I got a medium meatball sandwich and a side of potato soup, with a large drink. Same complaint for the drink machine, drips everywhere. I had to ask for my soup when I was handed my sandwich. The soup was like warm and grainy. The sandwich was good except the meatballs were cold in patches, which is crazy because I watched them put the sandwich through the toaster two times at least. Had to ask for napkins this time too.The staff here are nice enough, but management definitely could find a better process for the way the place runs.

Great sandwich. However, on door dash, they always ruin my order.

Our fist time there- the sandwiches were great. Everything was fresh. Only complaint was that we got take out and didn't check the bad before we got to our destination- they didn't adds the sauce packets that I wanted.

The Hook and Ladder (get the large) is such a mild but tasty sandwich. Ham, turkey, lettuce and tomato. The key to this sandwich is its simplicity. Like all their choices, you could spice it up a bit, by adding any one of their specialty hot sauces. But mild and flavorful was just what we were in the mood for today. Service was fast and excellent. At the register, they asked if I wanted to "round up" my total, and donate to first responders. I feel much better about this than giving more money to the burger clown!
