I love guthries, I’ve been to the one on 15th street multiple times and have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered my food and when I got to the window, waited about 10 minutes which is okay, I understand it gets busy. The problem was when I got my food I didn’t get my drink and I let the girl at the window know and she was quick to add her snarky remarks. Immediately claiming I didn’t order it at the window after I told her I did and that she was the one whom took my order. Now I understand the food industry, I used to serve, but this girl SHOULD NOT be giving people food. I told her I would pay for the drink but that I knew I ordered it and it continued from there. I got my drink and didn’t pay for it, which I had said multiple times that I would. While driving off she decided to yell out the window as well. The customer is not always right but you’re suppose to tuck that in your pocket and put on that poker face and get on with it. However in my case, I know what I ordered and she just decided to tell me I was wrong either way. If they didnt hear you order something then just assumed you didn’t order it. That is all.

This place used to be good. But now.....Do not come here. I ordered a box from them and it was $12. For that much money I'd expect some half decent chicken fingers but instead it got me what appears to be the scraps at the bottom of the fry pan which is just fried breading. I call and their explanation is "Our chicken is small right now" Like ma'am I've been to a grocery store...y'all are capable of having normal sized chicken strips. Just put in the effort and don't feed me the scraps you would give to your dog when I paid you $12. Don't come here there are way too many chicken finger places in tuscaloosa to waste your money on this garbage. I am not some old Karen either. I'm in college and never leave reviews but this is not food they are serving. It is the stuff you scrape off your pan into the garbage can. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk

It had been so long since I ate here that I forgot why I stopped eating here in the first place. Guthrie's used to be good. The fries still, while they look golden brown and cooked, are not cooked in the middle. The chicken is still pretty good, So one of the two things they serve here is decent. However service at the drive thru is a joke. Almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and that was only with 4 cars ahead of me. I can see why the line is usually wrapped around the building, it is not for demand for this average chicken finger place. It is the incredibly long time it takes for someone in the back to place some food in a take out container. I will not make this mistake ever again, Foosackly's is so much more worth it.

Went through the drive thru, I guess the cashier or whoever she was, was having a bad morning. She wasn't pleasant, the fries felt like they'd just come out the refrigerator but the strips were hot. I don't understand why the fries were so cold & the strips were hot. We got there around 11a.m,everything should have been hot except the slaw.

New Guthrie's on 69 south, terrible experience. Placed order online for a 16 minute pickup, arrived 30 minutes after placing the order and they were just then cooking it. I told them to cancel. They were not busy so no excuse for not having it ready. Customer service attitude was very poor. Will not return. I do need a refund though, not sure how to get that.Vegetarian options: Na

Cashier told me my order was getting cooked fresh! Yea because the chicken tenders was burnt up!! Fries cooked in old grease. Definitely a waste of my money, and time! It wasn't edible. Returned it the next day only to get cold food and had to wait 30 mins to get fresh food.

They have the reputation for being top two for chicken tenders and they didn't disappoint! The chicken tenders were so juicy and cooked so great but the breading was crispy! Definitely a great combination with their special sauce! The fries were also awesome, thick cut crinkle fries. The fries reminded me of shake shack, very similar.
