I don’t always get my morning coffee at Heritage House, but when I do, it’s a great start to my day. The staff there remember the regulars and their orders, and recently when we thought we might change it up and try something else…but weren’t sure if we would like it…they made us a small sample so we could try before we buy. And it worked because we got it the next time, haha. It gets really busy at times, so check the parking lot, but highly recommend!

Once you find a seat, just try and enjoy that coffee and food without smiling too much. You will find it difficult.

Wow. How is this place so busy? One of the worst I've had. I ordered a London Fog and got coffee and the breakfast burrito tasted like it was maybe from McDonald's.

Very cute inside! I got a Toffee Coffee and the flavor was very good, not sure what espresso roast was used in it but it tasted blond. Not a bad thing if that's what you like and I haven't had a chance to try the other flavors so they may have some stronger. You could also add another espresso shot the coffee was also ready quickly after I ordered.

The decor in here is so stinking cute. All miss mitched like an antique store. The heritage house special coffee tastes like cookie dough! We love their sweet breakfast options. Its very Jesus-y in there. Like- ALWAYS a bible study happening somewhere in there. And there is a community prayer wall which is just so cute. Everyone has been super nice and its always clean. They offer free water and wifi. Nice bathroom too.

I have been to Heritage House so many times as a student in Tuscaloosa. All the locations have a different vibe, but i especially love the Towncenter location because of its cozy, warm, eclectic atmosphere. The service is always great and I usually never have to wait long for my coffee. I would say that the food is one of the best parts because they make their pastries from scratch and all of them are delicious! Their kitchen food is wonderful as well! I would recommend the breakfast burrito (put the jalapeño ranch on it) with turkey sausage and an iced caramel macchiato

We had a catering order for 720 a.m. I got there when they Just opened. Everyone was nice and courteous and my order was ready to go early. I would recommend this place

We are from out of town. Disappointed and frustrated. The service was so rude and everything in our very simple order was wrong. The food and atmosphere I'm sure would be great with more considerate staff. We waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches, salad and strawberry crepe. Eventually she told us they were putting it in to go which left us confused. Come to find, all of the order was incorrect and we were scammed out of a salad we paid for! We had a very basic and easy order. Frustrated.

Found this l gem on Yelp! The atmosphere is amazing! Laid back, lots of room to spread out and nice music mix that was not loud so you can carry a conversation without yelling. Everyone enjoyed their order. Husband enjoyed his Cali Club sandwich which came with a choice of fruit or chips. Mildly toasted wheat (he substituted for it). Was a tad soggy but, still was delicious! Very filling and tasty! Sweet barista helped with recommendations on what to order! Will be back when we come to visit our daughter at UA.
