I made Hooligans a regular stop on my lunch break, usually multiple times a week. The food, while overpriced, is always pretty great!Today, I made my way to Hooligans for lunch, and when I arrived at the drive-thru, someone began talking through the speaker but I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I assumed it was a greeting, and began my order, when I was immediately interrupted by the cashier telling me I would need to wait a moment. This is never a problem as I’m used to waiting a significant amount of time at this restaurant, but it was said so overly aggressive with a tone of annoyance, and it became clear that I was interrupting something just by being there. Feeling like a burden, I decided to take my business elsewhere as to not continue to bother the employee or further interrupt the conversation they wanted to have with their coworkers.Also a heads up, if you choose the drive-thru, make sure you have plenty of gas and you can add about 10-15 minutes wait time per car in front of you. This is consistently how they do business.
Wasn't worth the money. Almost no meat on the gyro, wait was too long. Waste of time and money.

Awesome gyros Easy parking Drive Thru is an option Great option if you are looking for a casual place to dine! I tried this location during lunch on a Monday - the line was long and it didn't take much time to be able to order. I loved the gyro and fried okra. The fries were nice and crispy but I was not a huge fan of the cheese sauce or bacon bits used for the toppings. If I were to order fries here again I'd go the plain route. Definitely recommend trying this local spot!

I ordered a vegan bake potato and they put bacon bits on it.It was suppose to have broccoli on it. It came with no broccoli.I called to let them know and the girl that answered the phone was rude as hell. Then she put the manager on the phone and he was rude as hell. He said it was artificial bacon bits and it was not pork. He didn't give me time to explain what my problem was. He just started yelling and talking rude. Don't eat at Hooligans on 15th street in Tuscaloosa Alabama.

I ordered chicken wings and french fries, there was paw in the wings. It is really disappointing. Unfortunately , It was the 6th piece of the wings box. They told over the phone that they will refund me. However, they didnot. I was not expecting refund from them, but the matter of sorrow that their behaviour was rude which hurts. I used to like their food earlier!
Came and got a burger after a really long day at work about 30 mins before they closed and the staff could not have been sweeter. Talked to me for a second and were so patient. Burger was 10/10

Too expensive for a day for gyro plate at almost $18. Better off at a full on restaurant. Owners not that engaging either. Big white girl near the counter was really nice.
