Food is good however there is this one driver who watches to see if you are writing in a tip. If you don’t, she asks if you would like to leave one. I understand they work for tips but the way she asks is rude to me. Makes me not want to order.
My first visit to Jimmy John's and I was shocked that they dont offer heated or toasted sandwiches. Everything cold. Also no tray to carry your food to table. Hard to carry sandwiches chips drinks and napkins in your arms. The food was pretty good. Meats were fresh. Bread was fresh but not soft. Overall descent but probably won't be back. I like a heated or toasted sub.
