Excellent food and even better service! Ms Lisa and Ryan know us by name and are always so sweet! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Everything is good!!

Delicious meal for Chinese New Year. Handmade dumplings were delicious. Green beans and chicken was great, not heavily sauced and good flavor. Beef Ja Jaing was fabulous and fresh tasting. Highly recommend!

Kimchi & Boba tea in one place, hard to find. Great food, my new fav spot. The large boba tea, could be a little larger. One large is almost a tease.

Good prices and pretty authentic. They're keeping good pandemic practices and before the pandemic, I would come with one of my Chinese friends on occasion.

Out of Mr. Chen’s and Lai Lai, I will choose Lai Lai every time. The menu is very decently priced. Specifically, the lunch menu allows you to dine for less than $10 before tip. Having been to China, I’ve sampled real Chinese food. Lai Lai is by far the closest to it in Tuscaloosa.

Chicken lo mein was just unseasoned chicken and what looked like spaghetti noodles.

If the English menu is too Americanized for you, they also have menus written in Chinese. I absolutely love conversing with Lisa, the owner who’s from Taiwan. Overall, this is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Tuscaloosa. By the way, they do serve alcohol. I don’t know if this is a recent addition or not, though.

We ate here twice in one week because the food is so good. The service is top notch and the owner is the nicest person. I remember when it was a hole in the wall place on the University strip. I am glad to see it has grown into a beautiful restaurant and kept the same amazing food that I loved as a college student.

my favorite chinese place in t town! great food for a fair price and good service. (my favorite is the kung pao delight) we usually do pickup and they’ve never gotten an order wrong and are always on time. and they still have great service eating in as well.
