My wife's salad was huge and had to take over half of it in a to go box. My Sandwich was excellent and really enjoyed the bread. My son's pototate was extremely large and looked amazing. Very good customer service. Dining area could have used a light cleanup but we where there shortly after the afternoon rush.

Service over there is very mediocre management is unprofessional and rude. He needs to have better work ethic and learn how to treat his employees. He was very rude and nasty to the only cashier he had today which was crazy to mesnatching and throwing items at this girl like some type of toddler having a tantrum. It’s a big no for me I’ll definitely continue to utilize the Northport location

I love McAlister's! Nearly every item I've tried has been great. The Chef Salad is my fav, second to the Italian Sub. Not a huge fan of the tomato and cucumber salad, but the Brookie is a MUST.

We had eaten here a few years ago and were not impressed but that has changed since. We’ve had dinner delivered from here 3 times this week and each time it was delicious and exactly what we ordered. You always have to be weary when giving special instructions for delivery but they’ve gotten it right every time. The food is also delicious. My 8 year old could live off the baked potatoes if I let him. The sandwiches are always fresh and high quality ingredients, the Mac and cheese is so cheesy and creamy, the salads aren’t mostly lettuce and the dressings are good. Definitely one of our new go-to favorites.

Anytime I order to-go from here, they miss items. Specifically side items, like potato salad, and the pickles. It's very frustrating and I hate this is the only McAlister's in the Tuscaloosa area. Please try to pay more attention to providing a finished meal to the customer.

The service was exceptional. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Ordering was fast. The food was great. The manager, Lucas, was friendly and asked us if everything was good. The only thing that needs a little improvement is the macaroni and cheese. A bit too watery.
