Ordered 2 smoothies and it took 30 minutes for the employee to even start making them. 3 groups that ordered after me were served before. By the time he got to mine he had forgotten what I ordered and I had to remind him. Horrible customer service, not so much as a smile or apology.

All three employees were obnoxious. Blonde guy was busy dancing and singing behind the counter while trying to order. Not a professional environment.. bigger girl who took our order was rude. Asian girl seemed high.. mocked her coworker for welcoming us when we walked in. Came for $5 Friday only to find out they don’t do that deal anymore..they said it would only cost a $1 more only for it to end up being $16.09 for two 32oz smoothies before tip. Don’t bother coming here.

The worker who is the store today is horrible. I ordered a 40oz once and he only filled it up halfway... then I tried getting smoothie 30 minutes before closing today at 6:30pm and it was already closed down. He didn’t answer phone. Also the store hours say 9 pm but door say temporarily 7 pm so hours need to be fixed to.

Had option for curbside pickup and they didn’t offer. When I called the lady was so rude! Never going to this one again
Rude staff. Apparently there was supposed to be a sign on the menu letting people know they would be closing for cleaning? The only sign I saw was one to pull up to the window to order. Considering we waited in line 15 minutes and there were several cars behind us MAYBE someone should have come out and POLITELY informed us?? Never going back. Sad because my kids and I were super excited for a healthier option to a milkshake. McDonalds does better.
