Coffee was barely warm. I an finding that Starbucks loves serving lukewarm coffee. Such a shame to spend that kind of money on a cup of coffee only to pour bathwater temperature coffee in your mouth.

I was handed a hot cup of coffee without the protector. Needless to say, it burnt my hand. I also had to put the plug into the top. These are things I thought were the norm. Apparently, I'm accustomed to wonderful service at all the other Starbucks I've visited nationwide.

Service was friendly and prompt. My spinach feta wrap was still cold in the middle. We also ordered two iced apple crisp macchiatos which didn't taste the same at all. One tasted like it didn't have the apple syrup in it at all. Quality is very inconsistent as opposed to the location on 15th st.

They stay really busy but they are always good sometimes though because they are so busy your order may get messed up but if you have ever worked in the food service industry then you know mistakes happen and they are always happy to fix it for you if that does
I got a strawberry lemonade refresher and the lemonade was really bitter and they gave me more strawberry to add in myself and it was still disgusting so I got a refund and what’s crazy is they didn’t refund me what I paid for the drink called customer and it felt like for nothing because I forgot to scan the app so I then provided bank’s receipts for nothing because they’re customer service sucks because why I am providing proof to still not get me full refund

Visited Starbucks on 9 Sep. ordered venti hot chocolate. When I got home grabbed the cup to get out hot chocolate went went everywhere. My wife said they should have put a holder on it, something that slide up on the cup.

I personally think Starbucks has gone downhill over the past year or so. The prices go up, and the flavor and service have gone down. Today, I ordered something for myself and my daughter, and I can only guess the cashier put it in incorrectly. When they called my name, they placed down a hot coffee, and I'm sorry, but in Alabama summer, I am not drinking hot coffee! Thankfully, the lady making coffees made an iced one even though the recipe didn't say so. But, this is just yet another time of wrong orders. ?
