I've been to this Wendy's three separate times to get a frosty and have never been able to get one because the machine is always "broken". Got some nuggets instead this last time and they were cold. I wouldn't go back and wish I had never gone.

I realize it's the day after GameDay but this place was filthy, the staff seemed friendly enough. Sticky floor, condiments area a disaster, I will do my best try another Wendy's in the area before ever returning to this one.

Food is constantly cold and the customer service is atrocious. Always missing base items in bag like napkins and straws but can go to bigger things like sauces and full Burgers. You can just feel that they're not trying. Go anywhere else but here.

The ICE COLD CHILLI AND OLD CRACKERS was unacceptable because raw ground beef and beans..COULD HAVE POISONED ME AND I WILL HAVE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOTIFIED Tasha Henderson was the unprofessional manager that seemed to not have a clue of the magnitude of how raw food can poison people plus the inside was dirty and looked unsanitary.

This location never has any items. They haven’t been able to serve a chocolate Frosty for the past 6 months, and half of the items on the drive-thru menu are unavailable. No idea what’s happened to this Wendy’s as it used to be great even during the worst of the supply chain issues.

I recently visited the store not to dine in but pickup food delivery. Upon arrival I don't get anyone to help me.. I had been there a good 5 minutes and finally a worker asked me about my order. He told me that it was coming. I saw that it was very unorganized and chaotic. The way the orders were coming in it's obvious that they got behind and backed up. I had to unassigned that order. But, the worst was the way I was treated by the manager. This lady told me that I wasn't even supposed to be in the restaurant at that time. Lobby was closing and all orders have to be picked up in drive thru. I told her I had been there over 25 minutes.i was there well before then. This is a poorly run restaurant not professional AT ALL. Avoid this location. Especially Late night. Just horrible service.

This location has massively gone down hill. I have an issue EVERY single time I try to go here. No I just will never go back to this location. I had an issue where a manager was yelling at me and cursing after my order was done completely wrong and I wanted it to be fixed. She yelled at me basically saying I was wrong and that it wasn’t a big deal and I was being ridiculous. I talked to someone and they told me they would make it right and to come back and say they sent me and that I can have my order remade for free. Well I just tried to go back and get that order and they told me they were only taking DoorDash orders and refused to serve me.My advice just stay away from this business it is being ran terribly. One or two times having issues is one thing. But every single time I have tried to get something from this location the past few months there has been some major issue.
