Disappointing Experience with Cobb Salad OrderDear Whataburger Team TuscaloosaI recently ordered a Cobb salad from your establishment, excited to enjoy a visually appealing meal as advertised. However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the salad looked nothing like the photo on your menu. As someone who takes pride in the presentation of their food and values accurate representation, this was a letdown.While I understand that the taste is ultimately what matters most, it's disheartening to encounter such discrepancies between expectation and reality. Worst management in Tuscaloosa. We went there a few months back and there was a small line. When it was our turn the cashier walked off and left us there. We waited about 10-15 minutes and I walked over towards the end of the counter and saw the manager standing there and asked if there was anyone who could take our order because we had been waiting a while and she responded to me with “you’ll be fine.” Very poor customer service. The food was bland too. We won’t return to this location.

was there for 40 minutes for take out. had to ask for someone to check on our order to find out it had been ready for at least 10 minutes and it was just sitting on the counter.

Laughable. As if there were an easier job on the planet than taking food orders at Whataburger. The complete opposite of what I ordered. Nothing is correct. Could barely hear/understand the dude taking orders. Was the only car in line, took forever, food is cold and soggy. Tastes like a$$ too. To reiterate, this is the easiest job you can get and some people still manage to underwhelm

The manager working, an older white man, was extremely rude to employees and customers. An African American fellow came in and said he was missing his honey mustard. The manager said "did you pay for them?" We were done after that.
The manager was an absolutely great person and gave us exceptional customer service when they were backed up on orders. That is how you treat a customer, extremely happy with my experience.

Took over 10 minutes just to place my order. There was only one car in front of me and they were waiting to order as well. Then once I was able to order and it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Couldn't get a shake because their ice cream machine was broken. For a minute I thought I was at McDonald's. Of course no thank you or apologize for my long wait. Once I got back to the hotel my food was COLD and no napkins. Wasn't a good experience!

Worst whataburger EVER! The workers are lazy and let you sit in the drive thru for 30-45 min. If you go after 9 pm DONT. The staff is pitiful and inconsiderate. NEEDS TO BE
