I’m not sure of the hiring process at this location, but if you’re unmotivated, insufferable, unwilling to learn, don’t appreciate kindness, and overall don’t say hello, thank you, or respond at all when spoken to or asked questions, this is the place for you! It may not take you far, but you’ll get a paycheck for being the worst.
These people are wonderful I left my lights on battery went dead while eating. An employee came out and jumped my car off. So thankful for nice people. Oh, the food was delicious also.

Whenever I'm in this part of the country, I stop at Zaxby's. My favorite is their salads ?. The ingredients r fresh, and the chicken is juicy and so good. The service, just the folks taking orders, leave so much to be desired. There is rarely any smile, just an emotionless, " welcome to Zaxby's." But we go for the food, not the service. I have always wondered what their customer service training was like. Oh well, next adventure.
