I ordered a chicken sandwich combo in the drive thru today for lunch, regular sized, with an unsweet tea. The chicken sandwich was ok but not great. The fries, which you think would be fresh at 11 AM, were old and greasy tasting and probably the worst fries I've ever gotten from a Jack's. The unsweet tea tasted fresh and was good but they served it to me in a cup with a dirty lid. Thank goodness it appeared to be only dirty on the outside but it was gross! We went thru the drive thru. They were out of lemonade. Asked us if we wanted to wait for them to make some. We told them no, we would take Mello yello. It took them as long to bring us the Mello Yello as it would have to make the lemonade.

We just got home and we had 2 orders and on of the orders we two hamburgers with ketchup and mustard only and they put everything on them after we said not to and they also gave us cold fries after we asked for fresh
