“Best cheeseburger in town! The bun is so soft and good--never frozen--the burger itself cooked just right, the fries were hot and delicious. The chocolate shake is better than chick-fil-a's and it comes with a bigger straw. We will definitely be back. The staff was very nice and appreciated us being there.“
“This place is delish! My picky toddler and husband who isn’t a fan of Italian, really enjoyed their food. I’ve had a lot of Italian and this is by far one of the best. I like the unique pizzas and other items they have on their menu. It’s also great that it’s not a chain. I love places like this and hope this business is here to stay. We will definitely be back. And I'm sorry to say went in and grabbed me a breakfast sandwich the girl was mopping and cleaning the floors and sterilizing it and she stopped as soon as she seen me walk in and came right up to take care of me. “Our waitress is super friendly and made us feel at comfort when it was our 1st time in Alabama and at Mudtown.I hardly eat fried pickles but Mudtown's fried pickles is beyond DELICIOUS!!! Fresh, crunchy and seasoned just right--LOVE IT!! The Shrimp and grits is really good. I went all out and got warm chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream drizzle with chocolate fudge syrup-- spectacular!! Definitely wouldn't mind coming back again!“
“This place has been on my must try list for a while now. I had seen where fellow helpers had gone and praised their food and service. My experience was wonderful! I can't wait to go back and try more menu items. Leanne was awesome and helped me with my order. And I fully believe it when she said everything on their menu is great. I was treating myself to lunch out since my vacation plans had been spoiled by the recent winter storm that swept through. So, the soup and grilled cheese seemed like the perfect comfort meal for the frigid days we had. The grilled cheese was grilled perfectly and the brisket inside elevated the sandwich to more than your average grilled cheese. It has a sweet and savory flavor that I love!The soup was great as well. And of course paired well with the grilled cheese dipped into it I didn't have any intentions of ordering dessert, but it didn't take much to twist my arm after hearing the selections. I ordered the raspberry bread budding and they added some blueberries for me. It was amazing! I'm just sad I was too full to finish it and the homemade ice cream that accompanied the bread pudding.“

We were just kind of standing around while people were staring at us. Also it’s not that they weren’t friendly, they just didn’t really smile or make eye contact. Restaurant was kind of plain and boring too. Anyways, the actual food was great and we’d come back to eat here! Also beware, entrance a little odd.. had to park and walk up a stairwell to get there. It’s kind of tucked away in the corner.“
