it's a really meh jimmy jhons my family member got a sandwich with just turkey and cheese and it had no cheese i mean annoying but it's okay. note that my brother ordered a pickle as a side. but what was VERY annoying was i ordered a ham cheese and lettuce sandwich and they gave me a soggy pickle sandwich. so the pickle spilled. maybe not there fault but the sandwich was not great. 3/5
Jimmy Johns food is great, but the employee customer service is needs some work. There should be some type of greeting like, "welcome to Jimmy John's, how may I help you"? Great food every time, just some customer service training.

Auston was the only person working when we were here and he did an AMAZING job juggling walk-in traffic and mobile orders…and they were busy! He made sure to greet every person as they walked through the door even when he was in the middle of making a sandwich.
