I live in millbrook, so I use the millbrook location or prattville if I decide to get zaxbys. I always have an issue with my order & the food just isn’t worth the $$$. I started working in wetumpka & stopped by this zaxbys location for dinner. Line was around the building, but expected. What I didn’t expect was to be in & out within 15 mins… wow. Service here is not good at all,but that's what you get when you hire teenagers to run a business.The food is good,hot and fresh.The cleanliness of table and drink area represents lack of caring by the staff

These folks really need to work on their presentation and how they get along with customers and themselves by the counter. If they had a crew that worked together, they would get more done in accomplished how well they get it done and get it out. But you're working on it, good job crew.
