I ordered my order online for lunch and then waited 20 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived there was already 6 cars through the drive through. Judging from the other cars extensive wait time at the speaker then it was clear no worker was communicating with customers through the speaker. Might be the worst meal we ever tried to eat. Missing 5 items and 3 others made wrong. The items that made it in the bag were horribly made. Don't expect the Taco Bell Customer Care people to fix anything. Been over a week and I have not been contacted. Very unprofessional standards when they ignore problems.

I normally grab some late night food here around 1am-3am & the overnight staff has always been quick to get my order to me. They're always very polite & awesome each time. I've never had a order made wrong in the many times I've gone to the drive thru here at night.
