The good is great, but what's up with all the ceiling fans! It's like a hurricane in there. Napkins are literally blowing off the table. Good luck keeping your food warm.
Really good BBQ...first place I've ever been to where you can order one rib which was a nice add on to the delicious BBQ sandwich. The fries are the skinny fries like Freddie's has which I love. It's not table service but they did bring the food to us after we ordered. The cashier was less than enthused..I could be totally wrong but sensed she was an owner or manager having a bad day and was going through the motions with the whole process. This was our first time eating at Dinks BBQ. It was fantastic!!! My wife and both had the ribs and brisket...let me tell you what; tender, tender, fork tender!!! The meat was fresh right out of the smoker and the curley fries were outstanding. The place was very clean and inviting, and our server was friendly. The owner came out to greet us and make sure we were satisfied. We will go back on our next trip to Bartlesville
