I waited 15 minutes for a single item. They were not busy. It was obvious the crew was not planning ahead. I eventually went inside to get a refund but watched instead. Listen - this place has come through for us on three separate occasions now, and each time has been great. I don't know what previous issues others have had, but we've had consistently solid food. And the one time we went inside to order, the lady who served us our food was so kind and friendly. I love KFC, we got the TENDERS Meal w coleslaw, fries, mash potatoes and another fries but we got corn instead. Could work on listening. The place always looks really iconic so nice, service was ok, we waited a long time for them to talk to us, then they made us pull up to the front doors, out of the way.
