We showed up at 8:22 PM. Ordered our food. Once we paid we were informed that our fries were just being dropped and it would be 3 minutes. We were asked if we wanted to wait and I said yes. We pulled forward and about 10 minutes later someone brought out a bag and asked if we ordered a chicken sandwich. I said yes we had actually ordered two. This is a all around local trip to a Louisiana kitchen right in your hometown. My experience with most locations, the flavor, and freshness is pretty consistent. Usually, a few minutes wait in the dine area. Usually, you can count on a 5 - to 10-minute wait in the drive-through. But folks understand, it's not a wait because the employees don't have it together, it's because they are making your shrimp and chicken absolutely fresh every time for everyone. So be patient. If I get all my food it's good but I have been here a few times and every time my order has been messed up in some way, whether it's they forgot one thing or I got spicy and I ordered mild. I will say the food I get is good. Just don't get it all the time. Double check everything in your order before you leave.
