My how things have changed! No more steam table of hot, fresh food! Understandable to a degree, but still disappointing! The ice tea was definitely OLD and it was horrible! Chicken was tasty, can't get one recipe wrong if it's shipped in already battered! One cashier was ride, but one was very hospitable. But the bad is what gets these type 3 star reviews. Customer service could be better yet overall due to scarcity of variety in Eldorado we would go back!

The person taking the orders up front, was on his phone when we entered. Had to wait for him to finish texting or whatever he was doing. He wasn't at all interested in our order. Pointing to the menu board, for a blind man. Really. I had tenders that were barely chewable. My companions side order was wrong. I was disappointed. I've never had an issue with this particular restaurant.
