Had a mobile order of two chicken sandwich meals that were exactly the same. Attendant handed me my drinks and then I asked if we could please have ketchup with our meal . They then asked to pull into a waiting spot, which was no problem, especially since he said they were making fresh sandwiches. After about 10min they brought me a bag of food which felt rather light. It’s McDonalds, the food is the same everywhere. But Johnny is the best part of our experience every time. He is always working exceptionally hard and always has a good attitude and positive energy about him. He also has great customer service skills. If I had a business of my own I would try to hire him in a heartbeat. 6 stars to Johnny. Give that man a raise

The app wasn't working correctl. It was on breakfast time somehow, so it wasn't letting me order cheeseburgers or use my rewards points. The manager that was there at the time said there was nothing that she could do about it.
