I accidentally asked for fresh fries instead of just fries and whoever took my order said “did you just say fresh fries” in a bratty tone and surprise surprise my fries were probably the worst fries I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. So thanks
This is usually my favorite McDonald's. The food and service is always consistent and done correctly and fresh.However, today, just now! I asked for a fish sandwich only mayo. Ticket says it, sandwich label says it. But STILL got a normal fish sandwich with tarter sauce. Very disappointing.

So you've completely removed the soda machine from the lobby, and have an empty ketchup dispenser with no souffle cups. I ask for ketchup after 4 minutes of waiting, managed to get that. When I was finished eating and went to get a refill I stand at the counter for 6 full minutes with only the kid taking the trash out in the lobby noticing me (same kid that got the ketchup). But he didn't offer a refill or get someone to do it. Oh well the prices here are so terrible now, why...read full review
