Lady working at counter was a great customer service person. Food was fast, good tasting, and good price.Thought about eating at the new Big Chicken business next door, but saw the lineup and ratings were not good. I know Popeyes chicken taste good. And Big Chicken prices cost more also. Love the strawberry new biscuit dessert available now. It's yummy.KFC is bad tasting chicken food since the colonel sold his business. I'm only giving this review because there were times I was giving food I'm sure that had been sitting for awhile and I just feel as a customer I pay for quality and that's not what I got, and before they say maybe it was busy, it was not. Thank you for the ones who I do know that work there and provide quality I would name them but they already know who they are ?

The shrimp was dry & hard. The macaroni was dry. In fact, I haven't had a good meal the last few times I've been there. I'm not a person to leave bad reviews, but I thought maybe I should. I'm sure it's just the management. It takes someone who really cares about the company & how the people should be cared for.
