Basic IHOP, and very clean... Our waitress was really attentive and cheerful (3 stars are for her service) ,... Loss of 2 stars are for this occurrence; when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't super busy, and there was no wait for a table. So I had to question why the young lady that seated us chose the table right next to the restrooms??...There were plenty of tables all around, so why try and seat us there? ? Personally, I felt it was because we were African American....read full review

Prices are ridiculous. I understand that Bidenomics is in full swing but 18 bucks for an omelette is insane. We won't be back and that sucks because the food and service are excellent.
