“The 1st time I got a pasta sampler, a meat ball parm and a small Romano pizza. All delicious, especially the pizza. I liked the fettuccine Alfredo and Romano pizza the best. I got manicotti and the large Romano pizza the 2nd time. I love red sauce, but it always punishes me. The Romano pizza was not as good the 2nd time. I'm not quite sure why, but the pizza tasted a bit burnt on the bottom and the pizza seemed too dry. The first pizza seemed to have oil seeping out a bit and it was good. The 2nd time it was dry and probably over cooked a bit. I will go again, but if it's dry again I will probably wait a while before a 4th attempt.“
“THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN FORT SMITH!!! The service is always so amazing and quick. The food itself is so authentic. The red sauce is my fave!! Wash it down with a horchata or Mexican coke! The ambiance is clean and welcoming. They do have a shaded seating area to enjoy your food there.“
“As many times as we’ve eaten here, how have I not reviewed this one yet? Today it was fried mushrooms and the Big Red pizza. It has red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Polish sausage (kielbasa) and hamburger, topped with cheddar cheese. Good stuff. Would get it again.“

“Absolutely horrible service! So rude too! My daughter ordered a pizza, went to pick it up and they closed! Her boyfriend called the next day to see if he could get her pizza or a refund and the manager was very very rude, cussing and yelling and calling him a liar. So you're calling a Fort Smith police officer a liar? I mean it was $18 and I'm pretty sure yall give officers free pizza all the time yet you won't give them one they paid for?!?!“
“Dietary restrictions: My daughter is prediabetic and the server helped us order her kids meal gluten free and with the least amount of sugary sauce, grilled chicken and broccoli. She loved it. I loved the options and the value. Plus the server was really helpful.“
“My son took me there for Fathers Day. Never been there. The male waiter was absolutely wonderful the food was fresh and hot! The only thing I noticed was there was no music playing. I am very big on music playing, especially when other groups of people are around right next to me. “The Pasta Grill in my opinion is a must visit. From the GM Mike and server Emma, to the superb food and atmosphere, we could not have had a better experience. We felt welcome from the start and Emma couldn't have been more on top of everything as our server. Add this to your list of places to go, I do not believe it would be possible to regret it.“
“I ate here 3-4 years ago and really enjoyed it and wanted to come back but not in the area often. I had lunch yesterday at 2:00 with only 1Other customer. The facility is nicely done, very clean and inviting. Service was courteous and prompt. I ordered the tomato basil soup and beef ravioli. A side of bread came with the meal. The bread was excellent, soft and great flavor and the dipping oil was very good as well. The soup was very good, nice flavor and seasoned well. The beef ravioli had a very good marinara sauce and the raviolis were tender and full of meat. The portion size was almost more than I could eat. The amazing part of all this is the cost was under $12! I don't know a better value anywhere in Arkansas. I look forward to visiting again when in the area.“

Atmosphere, food, and service were all great (Thanks Shiloh).We had a fairly late reservation and Chef made rounds to the tables which I thought was a cool touch.Side note, this was the first time we took our 3 little ones (2-10 & 1-6) to an upscale restaurant. I was pleased the kids didn't catch anything on fire and sustained a reasonable volume with minimal gibberish ah la Billy Madison. Our server Shiloh was very gracious with them, and they enjoyed the experience. My oldest girl (10) said it was slay!“
