The McDonald's in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Zero street is one of the worst at making your food correctly. Everytime I order a double HAMBURGER ketchup only for my daughter it has cheese on it and not only did this happen but tonight I didn't even receive my full order. This definitely wouldn't be the first time it has happened and if my children didn't love you're food so much I wouldn't be back. I always call to talk to a manager before coming up to have my order fixed however...read full review

I always have enjoyed writing McDonald's I don't think I've ever given them anything but the highest of stars McDonald's is the best place I've ever went for fast food always been there since I was a little girl so you know the people are good is a good place to eat and you can afford it I think all around it's just a great place

Well I like McDonald's but I don't care for their special sauce and many times I did forget to tell him I want to muster on my hamburger. The restaurant always seem to be nice and clean and the staff was very nice and considerate. I would recommend McDonald's but I like Burger King better though, LOL.
