Experience Fort Smith's Mexican food at these fantastic spots.
“This was our first time trying El Mariachi and definitely won’t be our last! The owner’s customer service was outstanding. He made several recommendations and even brought us samples to try after we had ordered. Service overall was excellent and thefood was hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend!“
“I eat here almost twice a week every week for lunch. Its a simple quiet place off Roger's Ave a block. Same groups of people come every week here.Taco Tuesday for 1 dollar is my favorite day. I recommend this place over All the other main names around.Parking: Parking lot can fill quickly especially when work crews show up in several trucks. Plenty of parking on street tho it's a extra wide side street that's safe to park on. Ive never not got a parking spot and even walking from street is only 30 feet maybe..“
“I’ve been here a time or two and the food is amazing. Today I didn’t stay for the dining, but I was in a dyer need of a restroom. I was a long way from home ( I was walking after being stranded) and had no need of being arrested. Thanks to the staff. Pronto regresaré.“
“I saw this place on Facebook and reluctantly decided to give it a try. Haven’t had the best luck with Mexican restaurants around here but man am I glad we tried it. The food was absolutely delicious seasoned right meat so tender I mean just really good food. That is very hard to find here in fort smith. We also liked that a cook almost immediately brought a small bowl of rice for our baby girl, which was very helpful because usually we have to distract her with other things until the foods comes. All in all it was a great experience l. Only thing we didn’t like were the margaritas but they were only a dollar so hey nothing to really complain about with that price. We will definitely be returning. This place was absolutely a win in our books.“
“I’ve been going to place for years so I have no idea why I’m just now doing a review. This place is my favorite street taco spot in Fort Smith. Tbh I haven’t tried anything I don’t like here from the tortas to the pupusa’s it’s really good food“
“The food was incredible! One of the best taco trucks I've ever eaten at. The service from Maria was amazing. She was kind and generous with the food! 100 out of 100 would recommend, when I return to AK will definitely stop here. I stopped because of the reviews and they were even better.“
“We really enjoyed the food very much, ofcourse I ordered more then I could eat, but the leftovers was awesome. I thought the prices where high but the amount of food and quality was more than enough to make up for the price, I'll be eating on leftovers for a few days. The girl that greated us looked like she was having a bad day but that was not any concern to us, but the waitress was awesome, kept us happy with refills and quickly met our needs. We had an awesome experience and will be more then glad to come again, I'm going to try the Margs next time.“
“The absolute best Pastor tacos in the City of Fort Smith. They are the only ones who make their pastor on a gyros style rotisserie. While sometimes if you go super late night the english isn't amazing, They clearly are trying to learn and every visit I have the lady who takes my orders speaks better english.“
“Can't stress how great the food is here. The pupusas are GREAT, as is the salsa, the slaw, and the al pastor tacos. It's ALL great. Authentic. Delicious. The food came out fast and we were ready to dig in immediately. The Pupusas are a little smaller than what you might find elsewhere, so you might want to order one more than you're used to. The chicken/cheese and the spinach/cheese pupusas were the best!“
“This place was surprisingly good. We found them by accident and they are situated back off the road. On Tuesday, tacos are $1 and they are good size tacos that are filling. The Big Daddy burrito is MASSIVE and my husband loved it. Service was great. There isn't really anything wrong with the decor, it's just pretty meh.“
“The food was amazing, the service was excellent, very clean and friendly. The only thing we didn't care for was how loud the music was. My husband had the poblano meal and I had the nachos supreme they were both large portions and very pretty too. I must have not saved the food pics. Sorry!“
“This place is a favorite of mine when you need either a quick lunch , or family dinner. Great atmosphere, and it's small size might surprise you. Even when busy, it's not too crowded; and it's cozy space allows for the wait staff to better serve your needs.“
“Just walk in and wait to be seated, ur menu and wait staff are right there. Drinks ordered, food takes a minute longer to order. The menu is huge. Didn't take the phone in, so no pictures, was with a very good friend. This was her choice of restaurant and she was spot on!! This is a great place to stop and eat lunch if you and the friends are going shopping. The nacho supreme is loaded. It came with beef, chicken, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onions, sour cream, and guacamole, not to mention they leave the chips on the table you can dig ur way to the bottom. So good But don't get there too early, some plates are an extra buck before lunch. Ofc, they tell you. Just know going in. Look this place is totally worth the stop. I would give it 5 stars, but it was my first time there. It's clean, friendly, price is right and given if needed. U gotta stop here!!!“
“Hubby was just down the road. We HAD to get Miguel’s for lunch!! Woofed it down! We love the Milanesa Torta w/ fries and a huge pineapple water!! Our son loves the grilled chicken breast with rice. One of our favorite places - never a bad meal or bad service! Just be sure to check hours before you go- their hours changed -they close early since COVID messed everything up.“
