Don't let this little, neon-green food truck fool ya! It may not look like much, but the food is excellent. The papusas are made to order, so it takes a few mouth-watering minutes to get your food, but it is so worth it. The papusas revueltas are hot and delicious. They come with a sauce and slaw, and the flavors melt in your mouth. I also enjoyed the horchata on a hot, summer day! There is a small table with an umbrella if you want to sit and eat, but I just take my food to go....read full review
