I cannot express how delighted I am with the exceptional service provided by Jroge at Sonic Drive-In. Almost every morning @8am, his friendly demeanor and swift service leave me truly impressed. He is the epitome of an excellent carhop, consistently rushing out orders to every customer with a smile. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience is commendable. It's such a pleasure (he's always saying "my pleasure") to look forward to seeing Jroge bring out my food to my car each morning i make a drink stop. His efficiency, coupled with a warm and welcoming attitude (especially simce its getting colder), sets a remarkable standard for customer service. In a world where great service can be rare, he stands out as a shining example of what exceptional service should be. Sonic Drive-In is fortunate to have such a dedicated and friendlyteam member. Went in 15 mins before they closed all lights on and they told me they was closed even tho online says different they didn’t want to be there and wanted to close early you could hear the kid talking in the background I just hope the manager gets there employees in check and close when there online says they will not early just because the employees want to I drive from Conway just to this location because I called and they said they was open

This is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever seen. And from other reviews I’d say people agree. Absolutely aweful management. Was told I couldn’t work because I don’t own jeans… don’t have any parents and on my own at 16. So I don’t have anyone that can give money to buy them, or give me jeans themselves. The only male in my household is 6’3 and 280. I’m 5’11 and 145. I’m clearly not fitting his clothes. So I guess money is supposed to fall out of the sky so I can get a pair of jeans, or maybe some will magically appear in my closet. From my knowledge. Money comes from work, work comes from jobs. Ergo. You can’t get money without a job. Can’t get - job without jeans. But you gotta have money to buy jeans.??‍♂️

Probably the worst Sonic I have ever been to ?? I ordered a drink on the app, checked in, waited 16 minutes, then finally pressed the button. The server answered only to say he could not understand me, and came outside. At this point it has been 20 minutes waiting for one drink, which was just sitting on the counter right inside ? unsure if they just don’t have enough workers, but multiple cars were served before us who ordered after. They were not busy when we came, just seemed not attentive.

Went by for lunch. The speaker was very low and we could barely hear the person inside. After taking our order, the touch screen would not work. I ask the server about it and she said it had been broken for about a month and a half. We ordered a #16 bacon and a #1. After we left, we realized we got a #16 with sausage and my #1 was very soggy and the meat had bad taste like it was cooked yesterday. Sonic is one of my favorite burgers. I hope I do not have this experience again because I don't want to lose this place as an option.

The order taker only got 1 out of 4 things that we ordered. We had to call back repeatedly to get our entire order taken. They kept repeating the wrong order back to us. Took about 10 minutes for them to get it right. Very frustrating. Their sign board wasn't working right.
