Pardon my French but DAMN! The food here was absolutely delicious! I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. The breading, the gravy, the chicken, and even the eggs were phenomenal. And the pancakes!!! Soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. This place was packed when we got here but I promise the wait is worth it. This place is definitely going to be a regular spot when we visit.
Best breakfast in Hot Springs. Wife says best eggs benedict she has had in Arkansas. The food is great and the place is nice. I love the college sports decor, but the service is why we come back. It cannot be beat. Miss Carol makes you feel like you've come home for breakfast with just a smile. If you come to the Hot Springs area and don't stop here for breakfast you're doing yourself a disservice. I'm not recommending anybody eats here, I'm telling you're crazy if you don't.

This was our first visit to Hot Sprimgs and the first visit to the English Muffin County Kitchen. When I tell you that the variety of English muffins this place has is extraordinary. I had the sweet wheat muffin, and my daughters had the wild blueberry. The meat omelet minus the ham. You can't go wrong with the food here.
