Delicious food. Prompt service. 2 stars for atmosphere because we were sat next to an obnoxiously loud group and had difficulty hearing each other due to the publicly inappropriate volume of their noise level.

This is one of the nicest IHOPs we have ever been to. From past experiences with other IHOPs in the Dallas area, I had avoided them. However was pleasantly surprised by the new menu, welcoming staff and good food at this location. The restaurant was also neatly maintained. I would definitey recommend this place!
