Best pork boudain I ever tasted. So good. They had sold out of crawfish before we got there so I didn't get to have any but I would bet it would be delicious since everything else was. Added bonus was how extremely friendly they were.
the owner was super nice and gave us visit suggestions (such as frozen dilemma) while we were eating the crawfish. The crawfish was super fresh and yummy. (it does get salty if it soaks in the brine so fyi)
