“I called prior to vacationing to the area to make a reservation. I explained that I was hoping to make the dinner extra special as I was going to propose to my girlfriend earlier in that day. They were super accommodating and gave us a special table. Our waiter, Chris, was amazing and made sure to take extra special care of us. He was courteous, prompt, friendly, and found a nice balance of checking on us but giving us some privacy. We had the best duck egg rolls we’d ever had as an app. The then split an 8 oz filet cooked to perfection with a side of fried Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese with crab. They comped our dessert which was a delicious cheesecake. We both live in New Orleans and are accustomed to excellent food but we both agreed it was one of the best meals we’d had in a really long time. Every single bite of food was terrific. Very rarely do you go to a high end steakhouse or fancy restaurant and it delivers completely. That was the case at 501 prime and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to hot springs!“
