Beautiful location and awesome staff. The entrance is just off the street and they're located on a corner spot with tons of windows great for people watching. Online and in store ordering are easy, but they'll get pretty busy every now and again. Online ordering took longer than just walking in. Subways are small fast food eateries anyway, but I like them because you can watch your food being made. This store is just too small to function properly. We had a couple different experiences here during our long weekend trip to Hot Springs. It’s literally the only place that’s walkable where you can reliably get a quick bite to eat for a reasonable price. I do recommend it to everyone visiting the area. I will say they should keep lots of staff on duty, because they get really slammed and you can just tell they are absolutely exhausted. Go easy on them and be patient.
