The biggest complaint I have is that I waited 40 minutes for a drive-through order. When I did get my food, it was not hot, but merely warm. I did have a large order, but nothing was hot. The food tasted okay, but 40 minutes was excessive and unacceptable even if I were to dine in. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, and I should have known there was a problem when they were both directed to park instead of just receiving their food. We ate in Jacksonville. AR around 5 pm. The fish was good, but not hot and crispy that we are accustomed to. Green beans and coleslaw were good. Fried pickles were inedible. Will not do that again! Garlic shrimp was awful. Texture. Taste.. AWFUL. Nobody finished even one.Hushpuppies were good. Cracklins ..so so. Cheesecake good.
