We recently brought a bus of 50 people to this chick fil a. My wife and I are teachers and I drive the bus. We usually choose chick fil a for our school trips because they are quick and take care of us for bringing them business.They did not comp either of us our meal, but only gave us a small discount. They didn’t seem to care when we asked for it.We will be much less likely to bring our groups to this chick fil a in the future.We have another group of about 80 high schoolers coming to Jonesboro again this week and we will be choosing a different location to eat

It's exactly what you'd expect from Chick Fil A. Same delicious food as always. Its almost always busy so expect to wait a little while if you drive through, but they always keep the line moving at a decent pace.

They hype up this place too much. The poor service staff was freezing outside, paid way too much for a basic chicken sandwich that was dry, bun fell apart, fries were cold & tasted stale.
