Worst experience ever! The drag show hosted was loud obnoxious and rude they should never let her do a drag show ever again I will not be attending or going to the eagle.

The hotel site indicated it was a new hotel, Not even close! Wallpaper was pulling away from walls, towels were frayed, bed bases were muddy, and it looked old! There were no coffee cups in our room, dirty floors. Overall no comparison to any other IHG property we ever stayed at.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel looked very new. You could tell that the lobby had been recently redecorated. They also have a MASSIVE tv hanging in the lobby that makes for a surprisingly welcome entrance into the hotel. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable and the entire staff was friendly during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Spoke with Vanessa from the front desk because my reservation was cancelled but I did not cancelled anything prior to my arrival. First time she picked up the phone, she hung up on me. 2nd time, she just put me on hold without any heads up, lastly when I was able to speak with her before ending the call she told me that if she placed me on hold, that means she's busy and told me not to call and bother again. That was very rude of her.

Checked in & told this was the last room, a king suite. Perfect! Room was clean, got into bed and the left side had a deep hole in it. Our only option was to stay or leave & drive farther, not a good idea after being on the road so long. I had to place a king pillow in it to be able to rest at all. Again, not good since I'd had knee surgery & my husband had to do all the driving the next day. Talked to the desk in the AM, told a mgr. would get back with us for a refund. After over a week and my making 4 calls to the hotel, nothing has happened, no call & no refund. I have pictures I'd like to share with anyone interested!!

2/17/22 Customer service was terrible. We were the only ones in the club for most of our 2 hour visit, with approximately 8 employees and we had to go up to the bar to get our drinks and to order food. Once the food came the empty baskets sat on the end of our table stacked up for over a half hour. Employees just stood around talking and laughing amongst themselves. The only plus was our bartender was very nice.
