Sheena made this visit a 5 star! She was very sweet, personable, attentive (even paid attention to how much cheese we liked), and very quick! She also made a great suggestion of adding chicken to my take home fettuccine Alfredo. The salad tasted a bit old and slimy, but Sheena’s service was so great we didn’t really mind it. It was a nice Easter lunch, thank you Sheena!

Waited 30 minutes to be sat while the place was dead, and the ladies that were supposed to be seating people were giggling behind the counter when we finally asked about our seating after many other families had passed through to eat we were finally seated it Didn't seem worth the wait at all. The food was also then brought out wrong we were so frustrated from it we took the food we didn’t order and left, it had already been an hour and we lost our appetite. I will say Our waitress was super sweet and tried her best to make up for us being ignored at the front and that’s the only reason I’m giving this 3 stars.

Came in as a party of 10 and had a great time! They had reserved a room for us since we called in, and we were seated immediately. The service was fantastic! Our server was very attentive and never forgot any small detail, never let our drinks run out, and was really pleasant to talk to :) The food was also very good. I hadn't been to Olive Garden since I was a kid, but this location is much better than the one in my area. I was so full I couldn't eat another bite! We also left a phone behind and they made sure to hang onto it for us, outstanding service :)

Totally enjoyed our time there. Everything about it was wonderful.
It took 1 hour for my food to come out. Everybody Else in my party of 6 had their food. I was the only one who was not eating. My server was not concerned about my food. Because if she was, she would have been on the kitchen to get my food out. Especially since everyone else in my party was eating. By the time my food came out, they were done eating and ready to leave. The manager brought out cold food. I let him know my food was cold. He then said he was going to take the plate off of my bill and... he was going to have my food remade. Well, when my food came out for the 2nd time, it was in a Togo container, which was fine because i was ready to go. And when I got home and heated my food, I then realized he gave me the same food. I had bitten a piece of the chicken before I asked for my food to be remade, and that bitten piece of chicken was in my food. I was very disappointed. That was my first and last time eating at Olive Garden.

Service was really slow considering they were not very busy. When she finally come to us she said she was talking to management. No apologies. Asked for a container finally got tired of waiting and just got our own check on the pad on the table left a very small tip and left. I dont tip well for bad service. It wasnt the most terrible service I have had at this place. Its really hit or miss with this resturaunt. Sometimes its excellent others not so much.
