We had special gift certificates to go to Outback and it did not disappoint the food was good and the blooming onion was awesome and the service was great love this place!

We love eating at Outback because the food is consistently good nationwide. We ate at the Jonesboro AR location tonight, and as always, dinner was great. Even better than dinner was our server, Aidan M. He was absolutely fantastic. Our drinks were never empty, he was extremely polite, attentive and presented himself very well. Aidan is an outstanding young man who made a night out for two stressed out and overworked parents a well deserved treat!

Waited a hour before our order actually was put in. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for our food to come out with hair in it. TERRIBLE SERVICE. And still ended up paying 150$

The bloomin shrimp was good, the margarita flight is always a great value and tastes awesome. I’m glad to see the grilled mixed vegetables back as I stopped coming into the restaraunt back in Novemember because I was told these would not be back. The ribeye was cooked great, at medium. The only problem was the flavor of the steak. It tasted very bland so had to use some sauce on it. The waiter was awesome, although definitely overworked. He had 6 tables spread throughout the restaraunt, no one was within 2 tables of eachother and you could tell he was doing his best to keep everyone legit happy

We didn't see our waitress much. We all ordered sweet tea, and she gave us unsweetea for refills. They didn't bring out the bread that goes along with your meal we had to ask. They brought out food, and it was all wrong. We were missing side items, and some sides were on other people's plates. Some of the people at our table didn't get their soup sides. We asked for dressings like honey mustard and ranch, and I asked 3 times and still didn't get it till the last minute. Service was not good at all. We ordered the bloomin onion, and it was a little overcooked. The best thing i had was the brustle sprouts! Those were amazing!
