Check your order before pulling off! While driving through Jonesboro, I stopped at the Panera Bread location for a drive through order. I ordered the Chicken and Pepperoni Melt. When I opened the order (later on), I didn't have any chicken on the sandwich...only pepperoni and cheese. The sandwich was mostly bread and very unappetizing. I can provide a picture of the sandwich if needed. Since I had already left Jonesboro, I wasn't able to return to the location. I tried calling but no one answered so that was money wasted.

A very friendly, cooperative restaurant. They care about you.Now they have kiosks which do not often work. Thus you have to wait for a human to show up.Update - Mar 2, 2024: Consistent. It is what it is.Features: Masking by employees.

Made an order with an everything bagel & a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. I received everything but the sandwich which is 1 of the most expensive breakfast items on the menu. The person working suppose to make sure everything is in the bag before a paying customer pulls off. I was highly upset cause I had to waste gas to go get another one. As much as I go thru the drive thru and order the same thing. She/he gots to do better!!!!!!! ?

I dont live near a Panera Bread anymore, but loved the place when I did. So when I get the chance to stop in for coffee, I usually do so.I was in Jonesboro for a conference and visited 2 mornings in a row. Morning 1, for just coffee. Went inside, kiosk wasn't working. Stood there for a few minutes until a worker helped. Not a terrible experience, but not great either. Just meh. This morning I wanted a soufle and a coffee, went inside again. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so. Two employees saw me standing there, said nothing and nobody came to help. I left. Went across the street to Starbucks where I was promptly and happily helped.

I love Panera, especially because they've added the Sip Club. The atmosphere is great, however; it is warm inside if you plan to dine-in. The drive-thru is fast and they even have express check out. I love how friendly the staff is. I've only ran into one slightly rude worker who insisted we stop at the speaker even though we ordered through the app. No one else has complained about us going straight to the window. I wish I had got her name I just know she has a very short black hair, other than that, I love Panera and their customer service. I go before work so that I can have energy throughout the day, and I go after work when me and my boyfriend needs to get homework or computer work done. Fast service and if you're in a rush, you can count on them! 10/10 experience every time to be honest.

Well I was extremely disappointed. I got a email with a special meal and drink. When I went to order they weren't serving. I then wanted French onion soup and they didn't have that either. So I ordered pepperoni melt. Wasn't very good. So

Worst Panera experience ever. Bored disinterested staff. Didn’t bring food to table. Chicken tikka was dull…. Emailed Panera who weren’t interested and did not even apologize. Won’t be returning for
