the food is always great when they get my order right. atleast every other time i visit this location, something is forgotten in my order and i have to go ask for the item which wastes everyones time, or i have to call and get a manager to get me a "free" item the next time i come in.managers dont really care about customer service

Never ever go here. It's Horrrrrrrible. Easily the worst and pettiest fast food place in Jonesboro. They put my entire sandwich on the grill with the bun on it. It was wet and they cooked it and it destroyed the breading. Burnt to a total crisp. We tasted soap inside of the small half container of mac and cheese. All the staff is incompetent and I sincerely hope this restaurant burns down with employees inside of it. Disgusting

I love the food, but tonight after 6pm, on 01-10-2024, there was a young Caucasian lady at the drive through window taking a long time to give me back my debit card, I will be keeping an eye on my checking account. Be careful if you go through the drive through.
The chickens they use are small. It's like eating a half-grown chicken. The food is good, and the employees are too, but whoever is in charge of getting their chicken is cheating the customers.
