What a disappointment! I ordered snow crab and scallops. I didn't know snow crab could be so small. A tiny portion that yielded little slivers of overcooked meat. Scallops were small and mushy. Way overpriced for the quantity and quality.

I can't review food since we sat 10 min and nobody even took our drink order. Seems unrealistic considering we were the 4th vehicle in the parking lot, we were seated near the kitchen entry, a minimum of 4 servers walked past us twice. The manager even walked past us twice. We got up to leave due to the service or rather lack of, and encountered the manager. After she verified she was the manager & I told her what just transpired her response was " oh wow... Where were you seated?" I'm sorry! A manager should be aware of who is in their establishment especially considering they weren't busy.

Great experience at red lobster. Our server was wonderful, polite, attentive and helpful. The food all tasted great, fresh and prepared very well. The cheddar Bay biscuits were awesome, warm and fresh. We got right in, no real wait to speak if and were attended to promptly. Drinks came quickly as did the food, all with no mistakes.

Food is not that good for the prices...the biscuits are a doughball...and the margaritas tasted nasty like cheap bar liquor..not impressed and we spent over $100..

We were the first customers for lunch that day. There were obvious signs the place needs a good cleaning. The photos from the bathroom and the hall are attached. The toilet paper holder was ripped from the wall and a sticky/dusty film was on the paper towel holder.Our server was sweet and helpful. Dad enjoyed his never ending shrimp and I stuck to clam chowder. It wasn't the best, but the biscuits made it better.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing!!! Restraunt was clean. Food was so good! My meal came with a side so I ordered a salad for my side. I was charged for the salad!!!??? They need to get this fixed!!!! If I was told I would be charged for salad I would have ordered a different side. Costumer needs to be informed. I feel it’s a trick to get more $$$
