We dined here while visiting family. The lady taking orders was very kind. However, there was a misunderstanding when another lady brought our order to the table. She got extremely short with us. I explained it was just a misunderstanding, and that is why we questioned it. There also a side remark about her not having enough hands to carry all the plates so we just needed to wait. They also did not have high chairs or anywhere to put an infant car seat (at least that I saw as I did not ask). It was fine because I brought a stroller instead. Food was good though.

The dark haired older lady at the front is extremely rude and confrontational. She is not deserving of working there. Have been consistent patron the last 6 years. Have had my last visit as of this writing until she retires.

Fast and friendly service. Excellent food. Free drink refills - serve yourself. Variety of items on menu. Variety of cakes. Buy a slice or an entire cake. Many items prepared, which you can heat and serve at home. Breakfast and lunch only. When I visit Jonesboro, this is where I eat. Barefoot friendly.

Walk in at 10.30 am, asked the lady if we can eat lunch. She said no, breakfast only. Eventho I can see they already have their lunch buffet set up. 5 minutes later as we sitting down, she offer the lady behind us a lunch menu. SMH The pancake taste sour, the eggs were okay. Not a bad place to go, but I should be able to get lunch instead of breakfast.

Firstly, I specifically ordered the breakfast vegetable bowl because the menu says it does not contain potatoes. When our waitress brought our food, I thought perhaps we had someone else's food because over half the bowl was potatoes. Christie, our server, proceeded to argue in a demeaning tone and told me to go read the menu because it said it had potatoes. IT DOES NOT. Christie was the absolute worst and most rude person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. The food was good, but the coffee was burned and the restroom looked disgusting. Glad I didn't tip when they ask you to before ever receiving service. The most positive thing about this place is sweet Debbie!

You can tell that Sue is not cooking anymore. This is the first time at this location. I used to frequent the old location years ago before moving out of town. The people were feiendly, the atmosphere is ok, but the food was not good. I bought 3 meals for 3 people and everyone agreed that they did not like anything except the rolls.

Had 2 omelette plates with house potatoes and toast. One pancake plate with bacon, 3 drinks. $45.00. Ordered and payed at counter, asked for tip, fixed our own drinks. Don’t know for a fact but I think the eggs were powdered, wasn’t like traditional eggs. My opinion, over priced.

I really like the food here, however the kitchen does close at 2:00 pm. The restaurant remains open for frozen dinner pickup or gourmet TV dinners that you can get out of their fridge. If you want to dine-in you need to get there before 2:00

3 Weeks in a row on a Saturday order has been wrong. I come back in 3 mins later and the guy at the front tells me I have to wait to talk to a Mgr to get the order changed. I eat here 3 times a week at least. I can honestly say Brandon has been apart of all 3 bad experiences doesn’t know that menu at all. I won’t be

There is nothing but greatness at Sue's Kitchen. The food is great! Even better than Mama used to make ?. The staff is the best in Jonesboro. Debi calls people by their name and makes you feel like part of the family. I enjoy the atmosphere, always pleasant and inviting.

The employees are so sweet! There's one waitress that works in the mornings that goes above and beyond to make your dining experience the best. My sons and I love Sue's food, atmosphere, and smiling faces. ?
